### Firewood Returns Policy

At Westdale Logs, we strive to provide high-quality firewood to ensure your satisfaction. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following returns policy:

#### 1. **Eligibility for Returns**
   - **Time Frame**: Returns or exchanges must be requested within **7 days** of the delivery date.
   - **Condition of Firewood**: Firewood must be in its original condition (not significantly burned, altered, or damaged). The quantity returned should be comparable to the amount delivered.
   - **Proof of Purchase**: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process the return.

#### 2. **Return Process**
   - **Inspection**: Upon receipt of the returned firewood, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
   - **Refund Method**: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within **7-10 business days** after the return is accepted.

#### 3. **Non-Returnable Items**
   - **Partially Burned Firewood**: Firewood that has been partially burned or used is not eligible for return.
   - **Custom Orders**: Special or custom firewood orders (e.g., specific types or cuts) are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
   - **Discounted/Promotional Items**: Items sold at a discount or as part of a promotion may not be eligible for returns unless specified.

#### 4. **Damaged or Incorrect Orders**
   If you receive damaged or incorrect firewood, please notify us within **24 hours** of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

   - **Local Pickup**: We can arrange for the pickup of returned firewood if it was delivered locally.
   - **Customer Responsibility**: For non-local orders, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective firewood).

   If you prefer to exchange the firewood for a different size, type, or quantity, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability and must meet the same condition requirements as returns.
