Our barrow bags are narrower than our bulk bags, so it’s much easier for them to fit through narrow entryways or passageways. With our Double Barrow Bag deal, you get all the convenience of 2 barrow bags at a discounted price (the same price as our popular bulk bags)!
At Westdale Logs, our barrow bags contain a mixture of premium kiln-dried hardwood that is ideal for a wide range of uses, including wood-burning stoves and fireplaces. Our kiln-dried hardwood is Ready to Burn certified with an average moisture content below 20% (typically around 18%). Our hardwood barrow bags mostly contain ash, which is renowned for its excellent burning qualities, as well as other high-quality hardwoods, such as beech, cherry and birch.
All our orders include free delivery to Sheffield, Chesterfield and Hope Valley. Our barrow bags are also delivered with a complimentary rain poncho on rainy days to ensure your logs stay dry no matter the weather.
We always try to source a portion of our hardwood each year from the Peak Park or the National Trust. Our hardwood logs are dried in our sustainable solar-powered kiln, with battery stores providing power during the winter months.
